They are on the lookout for a superstar Admin/Customer Services/Warehouse person in their extremely busy Logistics team.

In early September this role will become vacant, so they would love their new person to come on board a week before that (ideally late August) to complete a thorough handover
.

Hours, Location and Duration:

• This is a full-time permanent role
• Mondays to Fridays
• 8am-4.30pm in an ideal world to suit the business demands
• This role is based in their Head Office
• City Fringe/Mt Eden area
• You’ll be mainly based in the office
• And the rest of the time in the warehouse

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Admin/Customer Services role supporting the logistics team
• Answering customer queries via email & over the phone
• Dealing with customer feedback and complaints
• Providing general admin support to the Logistics team
• Packing & carrying boxes weighing up to 20kgs
• You’ll report into the Warehouse & Distribution Manager

About you:

• You’ll have the best work ethic and “get it done” attitude
• You’ll be someone who values working closely with a team as opposed to working autonomously
• You’ll be a problem solver and be able to think quickly on your feet
• You’ll ideally come from a customer services/admin background
• Previous experience working in a warehouse role would be a bonus
• If you have some logistics experience that’s amazing, however not compulsory as the team will bring you up to speed in that area
• You’ll need to be double vaccinated with the booster please
• Enthusiastic attitude and initiative are most important
• You’ll need to be physically able to lift boxes with heavy items (20kgs)
