This role is:

• A temporary role – ASAP start for approx. 6 months
• Hamilton based
• Mondays-Fridays – 8:30am-5pm
• Training to take place in the office, then the opportunity to WFH 2 days a week.
• $25 an hour plus 8% holiday pay

You will:

• Provide frontline customer support both written and verbal.
• Communicate warmly with customers to build trust and strong relationships
• Process and complete documentation – have a good eye for detail
• Ensuring data is up to date and accurate
• Have excellent communication skills as you will need to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
