Do you have your afternoons free? Looking for a part time role? Perhaps you’re studying or have commitments elsewhere but would like to work 5 hours a day?

Based in an office of 50 colleagues, you will be covering the afternoon shift which will and could involve…

• Covering Reception and being the go-to for your workmates
• Type, format or amend various reports and documentation
• Create and update new and existing client details within internal systems
• Scan, file and archive online client files
• Assist with facility, office or building enquiries
• General office coordination – stationery, kitchen supplies, couriers etc
• Organise travel bookings, couriers and taxi chits
• Manage credit card reconciliation and organising expense claims for approval
• Ordering of IT consumables & update IT register.
• Assist in organising events, functions and e-casts or newsletters when required,
• Ensuring office and kitchen areas are kept tidy
