We currently have a range of office support temp/FTC roles, based across different Auckland locations.

Team Coordinator:
You’ll be assisting an already well-established team, being the ‘go to’ person for all administration duties. Providing outstanding, high quality administration support to senior managers and the wider team. This role is within the project & digital services team, so would suit someone who has an interest in IT.
Administrator:
Working for a reputable organisation within the finance sector will provide you with great knowledge and skills that will pave the way for the rest of your career. You will be providing admin support via email to a busy and integral team (no phone work). Our client is open to varying levels of experience.
Personal and Executive Assistants:
You will be providing high level administrative support to senior managers/execs. We have multiple PA/EA opportunities if you thrive in a busy and dynamic working environment. Expect to hit the ground running as no two days will be the same.
Receptionist:
If you have experience in retail or hospitality and looking for that foot in the door to an office environment, this role could be for you. The opportunity to gain some experience in an office setting and use your excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who is friendly, loves engaging with people and has a positive attitude.
Sales Coordinator:
You’ll be assisting a small but fast growing tech company with a extra workload. You’ll be responsible for the sales admin duties and supporting the wider team. You must be confident talking to both internal and external stakeholders – so excellent communication is a must! If you have previous sales experience and looking for a temp role on the North Shore – this role is for you!
