Mō Te Tūnga – About The Role

This is an excellent role if you are looking to carve out your career within a strong Financial Services brand. You will be part of a team of professionals who work hard but like to have fun too. This role will see you enjoy a mix of finance/accounting, administration and client service! Your day to day duties will look like this:

• Processing and loading new agreements, direct debit changes and endorsements
• Handling enquiries including terminations, cancellations, and refund requests
• Credit management for payment arrears and handling of the daily dishonours process
• Performing daily bank reconciliation process
• Processing and receipting monthly payments
• Providing expert customer service and assistance to clients

He Kōrero Mōu – About You

• You will ideally have previous experience within financial services – possibly in an admin or operations
• Have excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients both internally and externally.
• Tech savvy and have strong excel skills
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
• Love working with numbers is a must!
