We are looking for an intermediate level Accounts Receivable Administrator to come in and help one of our clients based in the lower part of the shore. They are a well-known brand and have a friendly and supportive team culture.

Mō Te Tūnga – About The Role

Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Setting up new accounts
• Bank reconciliations
• Payment allocations
• Receipting
• Invoicing
• Collections
• Any other ad hoc tasks

• Analytical
• Customer focused
• Intermediate Excel
• Can do attitude.
• Accounts Receivable or collections experience
