Role Responsibilities

As a Claims Adviser, your primary responsibility will be to manage the claims process from start to end. Your duties will include:

• Assessing claims and gathering necessary documentation.
• Investigating claims thoroughly and accurately to determine liability.
• Liaising with clients, policyholders, and relevant stakeholders to gather information.
• Evaluating policy coverage and determining the appropriate course of action.
• Keeping accurate records of claims and maintaining timely communication.
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any queries or concerns.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Claims Adviser is ideal but not necessary – maybe you have strong call centre/customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyse complex information.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
