You’ll really utilise your solid HR generalist background, you will have had significant exposure to strategic HR, employment relations, change management, performance management and driving process improvements. You will be right at home in a unionised work environment, understanding Collective Employment Agreements and managing union relations.

• You’ll be a versatile generalist with at least 5 years HR experience in a large organization.
• Proven success engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Technically savvy, you are passionate about enhancing processes and work methodologies.

• Extensive experience in employment relations in a unionised environment, change management, and performance management.
