This role is a unique chance for an experienced P&C Advisor to deepen their experience in a progressive, large-scale setting with clear pathways for career advancement. You’ll engage with a diverse portfolio of around 500 employees, spanning leadership, technical, and manufacturing roles, gaining exposure to HR best practices within an innovative and substantial HR function.

You’ll play a critical role in offering HR advice and support, refining recruitment processes, managing employment disciplinary processes, and maintaining solid relationships with stakeholders and unions. Leading HR projects and initiatives and analysing HR trends will also be key elements of your role. You’ll have the chance to own enterprise-wide HR special projects, aligning with your interests and developmental areas, within a supportive, innovative and collaborative culture.
