This Role Is

• 2 days a week from home once training is complete
• Monday-Friday – 8:30am-5pm
• Equipment provided
• Dealing with cases end to end, helping customers through out their project/life cycle
• Customer interaction both over the phone and via email (10 to 12 calls a day) solving queries around consents and due diligence
• Build long term relationships as your step through the case/project with your customers
• Complete and process documentation

Your Background:

• Proven experience in business or customer facing roles and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communications skills coupled the ability to calmly deal with a high-pressure environment
• Able to handle different customers through the life-cycle of their work
• The ability to proactively anticipate customer needs and identify solutions swiftly,
• Tech savvy approach with the ability to pick up new systems
