This organisation is in the business of selling medical products on a large scale to customers all over NZ, Australia and the South Pacific. They work very closely with medical professionals to ensure they are providing state of the art products.

This company has been in growth mode for a very long time now, and continues to grow.

This role is currently vacant due to internal promotions, and due to business growth in both NZ and Australia.

Hours, Location and Duration:

• 40 hours per week
• 8 hours per day Mondays – Fridays
• Working hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch
• This role is based in Glen Innes
• The company provides free staff car-parking
• Fulltime permanent role
• Due to the nature of this role you will work in the office everyday

About the role:

• This company is on the lookout for a Service Coordinator to join their Service Team.
• The role sits under the Customer Services umbrella, but is a bit different to your usual customer service/sales support role.
• You’ll be based in the NZ Service Team, which is responsible for servicing and loaning medical equipment to the likes of surgeons, hospitals and medical centres
• This will be a super super busy role with loads of coordinating!
• Primary objective of the role is to co-ordinate the Service and Loan equipment
• You will be responsible for the accuracy, tracking & custody of all service & loan equipment
• You’ll support both internal and external customers
• Your customers will include their internal Service Technicians, Supplier technician, the internal Customer Services team, the Sales team (Territory Mgrs.) & external customers (e.g. the Surgeons receiving the equipment)
• Sending out trial equipment/products & ensuring their safe return
• Liaising with warehouse & sales teams to ensure smooth deliveries
• Providing quotes and following up on those
• Creating Purchase Orders and Jobs in the system
• Providing the Sales team with admin support if needed
• Providing sales orders for the loan items
• Full training will be provided

About you:

• Ideally you will have experience in a Service Coordinator role
• You may have supported a Sales Team or Service Technicians before
• It would be a bonus if you’ve worked in a Medical Service based business, however not compulsory
• If you have experience in a Medical, Hospital or Customer Services environment that would be fantastic
• You’ll have a really clear communication style both in writing (emails) & over the phone.
• You’ll be well-equipped to cope with a fast-paced busy day & remain calm as you’ll be multi-tasking all the time
• You’ll need to be technically savvy with some admin experience
• You’ll have fast and accurate data entry skills as everything is documented in their systems
• You’ll need ‘spot on’ attention to detail
• If you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 – great!
