The Company:

The Role:
Project Manager required to take the lead and be responsible for range of projects while being field and office based. 

As Project Manager you will work on multiple new build and retro fit developments across Gisborne, involved from inception of construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contractors in all stages of construction including site set up
• Ensuring construction process are carried out to a high standard
• Working closely with onsite and office team
• Ensure that the construction schedule and budget is adhered to

Requirements for the role:

• Experience in residential development
• Previous experience as a foreman/site manager or project manager
• Great communication skills with clients and contractors
• Professional and well-presented
• Well organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
