The Role
Seeking a Quantity Surveyor to take the lead and be responsible for range of projects while being field and office based. 

Responsibilities:

• Payment Claims, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Variations etc
• Estimating projects and contract documentation to Clients as required.
• Tracking job progress and profitability from inception to fruition.
• Liaising with Site Management, Clients, Subcontractors, Consultants etc.

What do you need:

• Bring the right attitude and passion to succeed and deliver quality.
• Keen to learn and progress in your QS career.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Drive.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar Residential new build or retro fit skills.
• Team person with ability to work autonomously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
