JOB REQUIREMENTS: Crew Position Provide personalized, exceptional and enhanced customer service while serving quality food in a clean, friendly, quick service family atmosphere. Responsible for excellent customer service skills by greeting guests immediately with a smile and making them feel welcome. Take orders in a courteous, patient and professional manner. Total orders quickly, accurately, and provide guests with proper change. Delivering orders promptly with outstanding hospitality and anticipating customer needs. Creating desserts and drinks by procedure. Closing our guests visit with a “Thank You” and welcoming them back for another visit. Position requires the ability to learn standard food preparation procedures, ability to work with others, ability to work in conditions that are often rushed. Position requires the physical ability to lift boxes, climb up and down a ladder while carrying product, reaching, bending, stooping and wiping. Position requires standing for up to five hours, reading and writing skills, and must be able to wear a head set at times. Must maintain neat, well-groomed appearance.
