In accordance with the CMS mandate, all employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or approved for a medical or religious exemption from vaccination. Front Desk/Clerical

Location: Russell Family Medical

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet all patients and visitors cheerfully.
• Answer telephone, triage calls, and maintain records of exam.
• Schedule appointments and referrals to other providers.
• Register patients, help with the completion of necessary forms, and direct to the appropriate staff person, if needed.

Complete encounter form upon arrival and checking (electronic and/or paper).

• Assist Physician, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Assistants, and Office Manager as requested.
• Maintain neat, clean, and professional work area.
• Maintain established department policies.
• Assist in care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma/GE
• Experience preferred
• Skills necessary: keyboarding, oral and written communication
