Location: Greensburg Family Medical Center
Duties and Responsibilities:
§ Greet all patients and visitors cheerfully.
§ Answer telephone, triage calls, and maintain records of exam.
§ Schedule appointments and referrals to other providers.
§ Register patients, help with the completion of necessary forms, and direct to the appropriate staff person, if needed.
§ Complete encounter form upon arrival and checking (electronic and/or paper).
§ Assist Physician, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Assistants, and Office Manager as requested.
§ Maintain neat, clean, and professional work area.
§ Maintain established department policies.
§ Assist in care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies.
§ Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
§ High School Diploma/GED
§ Experience preferred
§ Skills necessary: keyboarding, oral and written communication
