We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to develop or restart their career in supply chain via a structured development programme specializing in Supply Chain for our Cummins Generator Technology Division in Peterborough. You might be a few years out of education looking for your first structured career pathway, you may be seeking a change into a new career after previous experience, or you may be returning to work after a break and looking for a structured approach to re-entering the workplace. You do not need specific supply chain experience, as during your placement with us, you will learn how a major global supply chain organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

In this role, you will gain experience in the following functions during your development rotation:

  • Order Management

  • Planning

  • Manufacturing Engineering

  • Supply Chain Operations

  • Purchasing

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • A drive to succeed, and to learn

  • Great social skills and the ability to build networks

  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
