Serving as one of the faces of CUNA Mutual to our auto & home partners and strategic credit union partners, this role understands internal and partner strategies, solves complex problems, identifies innovative solutions, and creates collaborative relationships. This position manages timely responses to our largest credit union partners and facilitates issue escalation/resolution across the program. This role will contribute towards optimizing existing partner relationships while identifying new capabilities to generate strong future growth. Additionally, this role will be the primary partner management contact for ad hoc small/medium partnerships.
Understands CUNA Mutual and partners business strategies, business results, and industry trends.
Act as the liaison and primary Partner Management contact for the assigned strategic credit unions and ad hoc other small/medium scale partnerships.
Communicate and collaborate with various departments and business experts within D2C, B2B Sales, and across the organization.
Collaborate with business partners to define objectives, success measures and roles & responsibilities for ongoing success.
Coordinate with resources both internally and externally (Liberty Mutual) to ensure accurate, quality, and timely delivery of responses to sales and credit unions including escalations received via the TruStage Auto and Home Program mailbox.
Creatively and quickly resolve problems impacting or raised by assigned strategic credit unions, managing response expectations of customers through strong communication skills.
Measure and monitor success for the assigned strategic credit unions and recommend opportunities to optimize performance.
Support and understand internal reporting and back-office tracking.
Develops close working relationships with cross- functional and external partners. Provides subject matter expertise on requests from assigned strategic credit unions. Provides input and reactions to requirements and other documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent trade-off in related professional work experience.
5+ years of related experience
Proven success in collaborating and influencing multiple functions and groups to achieve desired sales/financial goals.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in time sensitive environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks to successful completion demonstrating strong time management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong inter-personal and negotiation skills along with the ability to effectively deal with conflict.
Experience in making recommendations and decisions based on quantitative analysis.
Strong business acumen and analytic skills along with the ability to view situations through the consumer lens in decision-making.
Able to travel 25% of the time.
Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.
Base Salary Range:
$73,200.00 – $109,800.00
