Summary:
The Virtual Care Coordinator is crucial to providing efficient and seamless operations of our virtual healthcare services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to virtual platforms. This Virtual Care Coordinator will be focused on onboarding new patients into our healthcare system., ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for new patients and their families by handling patient registration, verifying necessary forms, building electronic health records (EHR) charts, scheduling initial visits, and answering inquiries regarding billing, insurance, and patient portal access. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service oriented, and comfortable working in a virtual healthcare environment.
