Curinos Hiring for Order Management Specialist (USA- Remote) at New York, NY Full Time

Curinos is looking for an Order Management Specialist will be part of a team that owns the process for validating and booking accepted sales orders in accordance with Curinos compliance Policies. In addition to the standard sales support responsibilities, the Order Management Specialist will also be responsible for reviewing contracts for accuracy, monitoring reports, internal customer issue resolution and providing recommendations to ensure they comply with company policy. The role requires collaboration with several teams across the company including Finance and Sales.

This position is a team contributor reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager on the Business Operations team.

Responsibilities include:

• Review submitted contract and order forms for completeness, accuracy and conformance to Curinos sales order acceptance policies.
• Process contracts and orders and ensure clean bookings through Salesforce in timely manner.
• Understand and adhere to all corporate guidelines for pricing, legal and product tiers.
• Coordinate with the Business Operations Deal Desk to enforce best practices around deal structure, order form guidelines and all other pre-sale processes for a smooth booking process
• Possess strong level of expertise of Salesforce
• Complete all Order Checklists
• Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base
• Contribute ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes and procedures
• Establish strong relationships with Sales, Billing, Finance, Commission Teams and other internal resources as appropriate

Candidates should have the following background, skills, and qualities:

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant experience
• 3+ years of related office experience in one of the following areas: Customer Service, Sales Support, General Accounting

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to appropriately explain difficult issues
• Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managind deadlines where adaptability is imperative
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage a high volume of orders
• Extreme attention to detail
• Effective listening skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Prior experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira and Microsoft Excel is preferred
