About The Role
This scope of work for the role includes Planned Preventive maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, and Project works. The successful applicant will be part of a diverse trades team working out of our office in Penrose. Our clients include major banks, Government agencies, universities, prisons and a combination of other leading NZ businesses and commercial premises.
About You

Good personal presentation and customer service skills are also essential, as is a clean full driver’s licence.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a drug test, complete a Pre-employment Health Questionnaire and MOJ check. A criminal conviction review is also a requirement of the role.
