• We are looking for a highly driven and motivated individual with strong project management skills to join our Research and Development Department. This role, which is not lab-based, involves experience in the Food and/or Personal Care industries. The primary function is to communicate and coordinate projects throughout the product development process, from ideation to launch.
• This involves collaboration with internal team members, various departments, and external vendors and suppliers. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing them from ideation to launch using our software program.
• Assist in researching and developing new and existing product concepts and trends within International and U.S. markets.
• Review technical documents and ingredients to ensure they meet specifications.
• Conduct competitive market analyses for new products to advise on appropriate pricing.
• Develop and maintain professional and positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Oversee product development activities with vendors during formulation, quoting, and trial stages while maintaining project timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in any of the following industries, with an emphasis on the food sector: natural products, food ingredients, or personal care industries in product research and development, merchandising, and brand marketing fields, or a relevant Associate or Bachelor of Science Degree such as a Bachelor of Food Science.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and follow-up.
• Strong experience in developing and maintaining professional business relationships.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
