CV Resources Hiring for Accounts Receivable Analyst (remote) at Los Angeles, CA Full Time

***Accounts Receivable Analyst/S[ecialist up to $80K + Benefits, 401k, PTO, and Remote schedule**

CV Resources has partnered with a Healthcare Company that is looking for an AR Analyst/Specialist in the West Coast area to join their team!

Responsibilities

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables data
• Process collections
• AR analysis
• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• ERP Experience
• Analytics experience
• Large company experience, at least 30-40 million in revenue or more

• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
