CVS Health Hiring for Claim Support Associate at South Carolina Full Time

Global Claims Services (GCS) administers the facility charge review program, out-of-network claim negotiations, and provides a Patient Advocacy Program for our members.

The primary purpose of the Claim Support Associate is to review claim files that are emailed to validate all required information is populated and load the files into the system. They are also responsible for reviewing letter of agreements and then updating the system based on final outcome of the negotiation.

As a Claim Support Associate, you will:

• Handle the data entry of claims into the GCS Claims Management System (CMS)
• Handle the pricing and negotiation outcome returns via email or custom process
• Manage incoming inventory and update system documentation to close successful negotiation settlements letters
• Provide support for the Surprise Bill legislative process
• Balance incoming volumes and daily assignments to meet expected turnaround times
• May perform or assist with reports and/or special projects
• Work collaboratively with all business areas to help achieve team results
• Meet the expected quality and production metrics and measures for the position

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 17.00
Maximum: 27.16

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
