CVS Health Hiring for Complaint Appeals Coordinator at Arizona Full Time

• Coordinate regularly with our state regulator and affiliated providers regarding policy compliance for the Special Assistance population
• Conduct audits of information kept by our affiliated providers on our Special Assistance members
• Provide training on policies and requirements for Special Assistance
• Identify and follow up on issues related to Special Assistance matters
• Report on DDD sub-population of Special Assistance to the state
• Develop processes aimed at continuously improving compliance measures

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 17.00
Maximum: 27.90

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with the behavioral health system and RBHA
• Experience in direct care for the adult SMI population
• Must reside in Arizona

Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will operate well in a self-governed work setting. They will be able to work with minimal instruction in order to develop, implement and monitor processes that adhere to the policies put forth by the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), and specifically the Office of Human Rights (OHR). This position requires attention to detail, ability to problem solve and a high level of assertion. The Special Assistance Compliance Liaison will be a subject matter expert in the realm of Special Assistance and will be a direct point of contact for any Special Assistance related matters within or outside of the department.
