Job Description
Manage call volumes around Individual and Family plans (benefits, eligibility, claims).

Answers questions and resolves issues as a single point of contact.

Educate and assist customers on benefit and claim information.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 17.00
Maximum: 27.16

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• Member or customer facing experience.
• Basic computer literacy, ability to function on dual monitors.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with customers.
• Good listening skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem solving ability.
