Position Summary

This is a backfill to sustain inventory for an employee that was recently separated from the company. This position is responsible for reviewing and reconciling the payment option, LIS/LEP levels and plan information effective and end dates for our members, submitting PWH change requests as needed, and tracking, creating and following up on CMS tickets. Engagement with other business partners such as Customer Care, CTM/Grievances, Dunning, and the client may be necessary. All assigned tasks will need to be resolved quickly with high levels of accuracy. Resolutions may include analysis in multiple systems (FACETS, Market Prominence, Sales Force, PeopleSafe, FAZAL, EMA, etc.), updating member accounts, creating documentation, or contacting the member in regards to their inquiry. Additionally, this individual would be expected to provide feedback to their leadership team, internal business partners, and their peers while understanding the downstream impacts that incorrect information on the account may cause.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 – $27.90

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
