The 408 Sr. Analyst Controls Testing will have a deep controls and risk understanding and bring a risk reduction mindset to the organization. The Sr. Analyst Controls Testing will develop control testing process and execute that process to help identity potential risk to CVS Health. Once identified, the Sr. Analyst Controls Testing will working with key stakeholders, team leads, Managers, and SMEs to review the findings and evaluate next steps toward risk reduction/ mitigation. The end goal is to ensure that the goal is both designed and operating effectively. The individual in this role would display high level of diligence, organization skills and structure.

Overall Position Summary :

• Key focus on testing the Identity Access Management (IAM) control standards. This will include helping to build out the testing program and execute to that program.- may include participation in all Controls & Governance activities including:

• Development and Interpretation of Control Standards, Procedures- Development and measurement of Key Risk Indicators- Conducting Risk Control Self Assessments- Execution of IAM controls including Periodic Access Review- Issue identification and management- Liaison with other oversight organizations such as audit teams- Advisory on process changes impacting IAM workflows to ensure compliance with firm standards- Participate in developing IAM solutions – representing the GRC needs- Communicate and educate business and IT colleagues on IAM GRC topics

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$73,500.00 – $150,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
