We are looking for a Loan Administration Specialist in our Edmonton Support Centre!! This role conducts the loan administration, funding, maintenance and servicing of CWB’s loan portfolio including Employee Financial Services. As a Loan Administration Specialist, you will grant funding for clients while driving a high level of quality and standards, risk management and strong data integrity.

Support and champion continuous improvement measures

Ensure credit support is aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLA) targets and quality benchmarks

Support various areas of responsibility such as: WAVE, payouts and payments, T24 updates / authorizations, credits check, reporting, follow up on client requests, leases etc.

Establish a reciprocal and client-centric relationship with the credit support department and branch network while balancing the efficiencies and governance of a standardized structure.

Ensure smooth daily operations and sustainment of consistent centralized service workflow.

Ensure processes are adhered to and data integrity is consistently achieved, supervised and maintained.

Diploma in Business Administration, or related field

One year experience in loan maintenance and funding in a non-client facing environment

Passion for and exposure in loan administration, collateral securities, credit processes and commercial loans

Robust understanding of Banking Systems, Loan Origination Systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Forms

Client centric, with the ability to balance multiple initiatives while growing in a fast paced, in demand work environment

Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement in processes aligned with corporate culture.

Process efficiency with an optimization focus to continuously enhance and improve day-to-day operations

Validated communication skills, both written and verbal
