About this role:
CyberArk is looking for a Senior Gainsight Administrator to to join our
IT Go-To-market Business Applications group and achieve our next phase
of growth. As a valued member of our growing team, you will be
responsible for driving changes in our Customer Success Business
Systems. The ideal person is a driven, passionate problem solver who
will work closely with Customer Success operations and other
stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into business
requirements, and implement solutions that drive customer retention,
growth, and satisfaction. You will also be a subject matter expert for
the technical aspects of Gainsight, providing guidance, best practices,
and innovation to optimize the system and the processes.
What you will do:

Leadership and project management
What you need to succeed:
– – 8+ years of extensive Gainsight administration and development
experience,
– Gainsight NXT Administration Certificate (Level 3), preferred.
– 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
– Extensive experience supporting Customer Success
– Demonstrated project management, business analysis, and
problem-solving skills.
– Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-changing
global entrepreneurial environment
– Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team and be
accountable for prioritizing your workload.
– Strategic thinking and prioritization.
– Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation
skills.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $135,000/year, plus
commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the
employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending
on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation
package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and
other benefits.
