Answer inbound phone calls from clients
Work through client cases and close out support tickets

What You Need for this Position
Customer service experience
Bilingual in Spanish – utilized in previous employment
Technical aptitude- ability to solve problems and create solutions independently
Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills- written and verbal
Experience working with Outlook, Salesforce or other CRMs is preferred
