What You Will Be Doing
As Office Manager, you will be overseeing a team of 40-50 professionals providing Real Estate consulting and appraisal services. A background in the industry is preferred, but not required with impressive managerial skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with weekly and quarterly reporting (production numbers, P&L, etc) and will be effective at holding others accountable to deadlines. The ability to learn new technology is important in this role as we will be updating our servers to the cloud. See below for our unique perks!
What You Need for this Position
3+ years of relevant Office Manager experience and:
- Ability to motivate others and hold others accountable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with teammates as needed
- Attention to detail
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new industry specific software
- Positive mind set and strong team leadership skills
- Prior experience with Real Estate appraisals is a PLUS
- Bachelors Degree PREFERRED
