Our company has scaled quickly over the past few years and we are in a stage of high-demand and continued growth. We are in need of a talented Implementation Manager to join our diverse team and help drive business outcomes!
Job Title: Onboarding Manager
Job Type: Direct-hire / Permanent
Salary: $80K to $130K
Location: 100% REMOTE (West Coast preferred)

What You Will Be Doing
- Own the entire onboarding cycle for clients, from contract signing through launch.
- Advocate and communicate for the client to internal stakeholders.
- Lead multi-party implementation projects.
- Project-manage customers and stick to tight timelines.
- Engage in high-level technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization.
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

3 to 5+ years of hands-on Implementation or Onboarding experience
- Preferably experienced in fintech or financial services company with SaaS offerings

High level of drive, motivation, and dedication to excellence
