This is a fully REMOTE position. In business for over 20 years, we provide cost savings by recovering dollars owed back to our clients through health plan recovery services. We have served Fortune 500 and 100 companies since 1999.
We are currently seeking to add a QA Analyst to our team responsible for designing, implementing and executing testing plans for our in-house application development.

What You Will Be Doing
“Design, implement, and execute on testing plans for application development
“Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of application development
“Work with PM and development team to report defects and errors
“Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
“Identify and report application issues found during the course of testing
“Spot areas for improvement to enhance the products efficiency
“Ensure the final product satisfies the business expectations
“Participate in project scope meetings as necessary to communicate findings
“Write documentation related to application as necessary

What You Need for this Position
- 2+ years in application QA
- JIRA is a plus
- QA Analysis
