Job Title: Social Media Specialist
Job Location: Cleveland, OH (HYBRID, 40% in-office)
Salary: $55-80K DOE (insurance, PTO, retirement plan, etc.)

1.) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2.) 3+ years of recent professional experience in social media and marketing.
3.) Experience with Asana, Photoshop and/or Canva is preferred, but not required.

What You Will Be Doing
- Growing and expanding social media followings on various platforms (ex. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Creating, maintaining, and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and reach.
- Managing/creating video assets (ex. stories, live video, etc.) related to campaigns.
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of recent professional experience in social media and marketing.
