Length of contract: 6 Months
Contract extensions: 2 x 12 Month extension options
Security clearance: Minimum of a Baseline security clearance is required on comencement of the Work Order.
Rates: $120 – $150 per hour (inc. super)
The role will involve providing advice on, and implementing integration changes to existing departmental infrastructure and services. There will also be an expectation that this person will be able to perform tasks and activities across a range of other technology and assist with the general integration and other duties as directed within the architecture team.
Essential Criteria
- Coordinate and take ownership for solution design documentation including the functional integration with current and future systems.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure that the solution design will provide future scalability and flexibility.
- Drive the development of proposal collateral and the repeatability of the delivery of architectures with inputs from key stakeholders.
- Proactively assist and mentor other team members in meeting deadlines, setting customer expectations, managing relationships, and developing technical depth.
- Work to help drive customer adoption.
- Chairing of workshops and solution presentations.
- Solve stakeholder pain points by leveraging the latest in software and infrastructure architectural approaches to quickly deliver value to customers.
- Draw on broad technical knowledge and experience and apply to projects and opportunities whilst developing and mentoring the wider team.
- Develop technical designs that challenge the status-quo and support customer innovation with improved tooling, smoother operations and a better capability to disrupt their market.

Drive the technical qualification, scoping, estimation, design and architecture of new or existing projects ensuring that they are well architected and deliverable.
- Use a solutions based approach to providing technical guidance and commercial support to the relevant teams, including engagement with third party vendors.
- Provide expert market insight to help guide the evolution of design and advice.
- Encourage and review new technologies and methodologies for use as part of new solution offerings.
- Experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud technology stack
- Experience in Microsoft 365 technology stack
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Support projects in the delivery of architecturally aligned outcomes.
- Guide initiatives towards the envisaged Target. State solution to ensure intended business outcomes are achieved.
- Assist in the preparation of tender material to ensure that architectural standards are achieved.
