Responsibilities For Web Application Developer

• This position will be responsible for building dynamic and scalable web applications using open source technologies
• Developing, coding, testing, and debugging web applications using the LAMP stack.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Writing clean, well-documented, secure, and efficient code to implement web applications and features.
• Designing and optimizing databases to support web applications, including writing SQL queries, and managing database schemas.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application functionality, performance, and security.
• Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Integrating web applications with third-party APIs and services.
• Maintaining and updating existing web applications, including bug fixing and implementing enhancements.
• Staying up to date with emerging web development trends and technologies to suggest improvements and drive innovation.

Qualifications For Web Application Developer

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Perl, or Python, and a good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience in working with the LAMP stack, including Linux-based operating systems, Apache web server, MySQL or other relational databases, and scripting languages.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
• Familiarity with web development frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.
• Working knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
• Understanding of web security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
