This is an entry-level opportunity to get your foot in the door of the world of sales and marketing. As an Appointment Scheduler, you are responsible for representing the DaBella brand to new customers, scheduling free home improvement estimates, and working with a team to create a compassionate and competitive environment. You will be transported to a variety of neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to DaBella and travel door-to-door to generate as much business – and personal income – as possible.

Job Responsibilities

· Represent the DaBella Brand as the first point of contact for future customers

· Work outdoors in all weather conditions

· Schedule a minimum of 20 issued leads per month

· Contact a minimum of 100 customers per day

Compensation – Base Hourly Rate plus UNCAPPED Bonus

· Base: $16.50/hour

· Daily Bonus:

o $75.00 for two issued leads

o $50.00 per issued lead for leads 3-4

o $75.00 per issued lead after 5 issued leads

· Monthly Bonus: $1000/month after $145,000 in net sales

· Average first-year earnings of $50,00 – $70,000, top performers earn over $100k
