This is a full-time position 35 hours a week plus optional overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities:

· Initiate the first steps of the internal sales process and receive a bonus accordingly

· Engage with each customer and manage customers scheduling needs

· Reach out to previous customers for new sales opportunities

· Exceed daily call volume and production goals and receive a bonus accordingly

· Build rapport and urgency to schedule a free consultation for new customers

· NO COLD CALLING

What does the future look like?

· Above industry average base pay plus uncapped bonus

· (AM Shift) 6:30 am – 2:00 pm starts at $16.50 + Uncapped Bonus!

· (PM Shift) 1:30 pm – 9:00 pm starts at $18.00 + Uncapped Bonus!

· Uncapped Bonus($25 after first 2 appointments scheduled a day, each additional appointment you schedule is another $25 bonus) Average monthly bonus is $2,500 with Top Performers earning $4,500 a month in bonuses alone!

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to remain in a seated position for multiple hours at a time

· Entering text or data into a computer utilizing a traditional keyboard

· Ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech – in person/telephone
