What DaBella has to Offer:

Job Responsibilities:

· Complete 2-week basic sales training course

· Attend pre-scheduled appointments with potential customers

· Discover needs and wants, and pitch home improvement solutions

· Close at a rate of 22% or more

· Produce $60,000 or more in new business per month

Compensation:

· Training Pay: $1,000/week

· Commissions: 10% of net sale price

· Bonus: 1.5% of total net sales if monthly net sales exceed $100,000

· Average first year compensation of $72k-$100k with top performers earningover $100,000

· Personal vehicle reimbursement of $0.625 per mile driven
