About Position:

· $18.00-$20.00 per hour + Uncapped Bonuses

The Ideal candidate will be…

· Persistent: Agents must never take no for an answer from a potential customer and push to inform the customer about our products/services

· Determined: Successful dialers remain focused on meeting/exceeding production goals within a fast-paced work environment

· Charismatic: The ability to speak confidently with homeowners is essential for the success of scheduling a free, no obligation in home estimate

Qualifications:

· Must be 18 years or older

· Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time

· Willingness to be coached/developed by leadership team

· Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
