Daikin New Zealand Looking for Warranty and Spares Officer at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

This position is responsible for the orchestration and operation of the warranty and spare parts departments with a focus on leadership and process management. You will be directly involved with the processing and management of warranty related claims and queries, as well as spare parts orders and queries where required by providing a timely resolution and effective communication to customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Some of the key essential tasks for this role include maintaining service level agreements for warranty completions, maintaining customer claim requirements in SAP and maintaining information in our Warranty Portal and Hubspot platforms. You will ensure that claims and replacements are executed within SLA timeframes along with actioning claims when necessary. Spare parts orders and queries will also fall under your tasks along with returns when required. There will also be some customer enquries and complaints to look into. Finally, you should also conduct regular reports to assist with any internal audits, along with any other tasks required by management.

What You Bring:

A trade qualification will be desirable but not essential in this role.
