DAILY BREAD Looking for Human Resources Manager at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities, as well as payroll when necessary. They’ll maintain human resource standards by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. 

Responsibilities & requirements

• Recruiting and assisting with the interview process of new employees
• Onboarding of new employees and off boarding of staff 
• Managing the handbook and ensuring the company policies are always up to date 
• Implementing a pay structure and assisting all heads of departments
• The ability to create training programmes for staff, managers and encourage team culture 
• A good eye for detail and great communication skills 
• The ability to see the gaps in training and protocols and implementing it amongst the team
• You’ll be working closely with our accountants so being organised and getting timesheets in when required is a must 
• Ensuring you are a positive and approachable member of the team 
• Administration skills and keeping employee files up to date
• Assisting with immigration processing when required 
• Handling issues as they arise, including disciplinary procedures 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience. Experience handling visa processing and accounts is also a bonus. 
• 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Strong organisational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
