Starting pay is $22.06

Hours – 2:00pm to 10:30pm **must be flexible. Monday – Friday Schedule

The HTST 1 Operator is responsible for running the pasteurizer machine and process for the fluid milk product(s). Their job duties include machine set up, pouring ingredients, mixing products, cleaning, routine maintenance, full operation, CIP and training others (when fully trained). The HTST Operator controls the production flow. This employee will monitor the gauges, sensors and timers in the control room. They also perform CIP duties, setting up tanks and hooking up. This person must fill out all paperwork as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Forklift is preferred. but not required (we will train). Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Pasteurizer Experience is preferred, but not required
• Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English
• Take direction, work in a team environment and work independently
• Follow all GMP, safety and quality policies and procedures
• Must be able to work in a fast, ever-changing environment
• Much be able to work in the hot environment
