What will I do?
Every day, in nearly 100 countries around the world, millions of people depend on Daktronics scoring and display systems for information and entertainment. Our displays provide vital travel information in airports and train stations and along highways. They advertise the price of gas, store specials, and more as you make your daily commute. They also enhance spectators’ experiences at sporting events of all kinds, from Little League to the major leagues.
This is an opportunity to join the administrative team that supports our Services and Design & Development divisions at Daktronics. Daktronics offers the flexibility to work from a U.S. home or Daktronics location. This opportunity is open to U.S. based candidates.
What will I do?
Primary responsibility will be to monitor and complete updates in our internal systems – working with other internal teams around the world to keep information in alignment to be able to understand billing for Daktronics customers.
Other expectations include:
- Accurately complete requests entering information to our systems.
- Consistently complete quality work in a timely manner.
- Quick to learn new tasks and follow direction.
- Work effectively as a team member.
- Be able to communicate effectively with fellow team members.
- Be at work on time and maintain good attendance.
- Review and follow company guidelines and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prefer Associate degree or higher, will consider HS Diploma with related experience.
- Must have proficient computer skills.
- Daktronics experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Be self-motivated, flexible, and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Ability to manage time properly to meet deadlines.
- Have good written and verbal communications skills.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal.
- Ability to meet all workplace safety requirements, which includes following safety protocols related to COVID-19.
