• We don’t have an office, we have always been remote, work often happens on client site or out and about. Our clients are based in Pennsylvania and the surrounding area, being somewhere close by is necessary.

About The Role:

• Scheduling and calendar coordination.
• Client-facing communications via email and phone.
• Provide administrative support to team members and partners as assigned.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Comfortable working with the full. Microsoft 365 Suite of tools.
• Things change, you have the ability to adjust and make it work while providing an amazing experience.
• Update contacts and mailing lists on a regular basis.
• Make travel arrangements when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
