Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our finance team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate and you will receive a wide degree of experience in a short amount of time.
Location:
We are a fully remote team, with staff in Dublin, Cork, Kildare, Leitrim and Louth. We will provide you with home office equipment and the technology required to work effectively from home. We provide flexible working options for hotdesking at locations convenient to our staff, and ideally the candidate will be available to meet in person with the Dublin based team on a quarterly basis.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer & supplier renewals
Creation of customer contracts for approval
Sales proposals and documentation
Back Office Admin
Assist with financial duties
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Procurement
Key Skills & Personal Attributes:
Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
Strong numerical and analytical ability.
Ability to manage renewal dates & deadlines
Communicating with team members, clients and suppliers.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with Google Workspace, specifically Google Sheets.
Previous experience in administration/accounts
