Sales Lead SMB – Google Workspace

Join a fast growing and forward thinking cloud consulting company specialising in Google Workspace. As a Sales Lead for SMB at Damson Cloud you’ll focus on selling new products and services to new customers.

Role Overview

As a sales lead at Damson Cloud you’ll outreach to new potential customers, engage with our marketing team to organise outbound campaigns, events and identify opportunities for Damson Cloud’s products and services in target accounts.

We have a generous commission plan, and you’ll have support from our marketing team and operations team. You will be experienced in driving sales and business development, and will work closely with our CEO. You will have a passion for cloud technology and its positive impact on our customers organisations.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound opportunities to our website

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Run campaigns in partnership with marketing, sales, and the team at Google

Present Google Workspace solutions to customers remotely and in person

Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs

Support event efforts aligned with sales and marketing

Sales administration / data analysis

Back-end support for Sales Director / CEO

Key Skills

Strong sales and presentation skills

Highly motivated and proactive

Strong organisation and planning skills

Business development and/or B2B account management in the IT industry

Knowledge of cloud computing or IT professional / managed services industries

Experience with CRM systems

Highly motivated attitude to targets

Ability to work with minimal supervision and proactive approach to completing assigned tasks

1-2 years experience in sales, preferably in IT consulting or cloud computing
