Quickly growing family business, Medicaid Software Vendor in Louisiana looking for a full time position, with remote flexibility. Microsoft Excel, Word experience needed, nothing too hard, just basic Excel, typing, and data entry. Please understand file folder structure and how to organize folders within a DropBox environment. We are always open to better ways of doing things. Don’t hold back!

If the sales team needs you in the office, you will come to the office. If needed in the field, you’ll go to the field. If you can accomplish a particular task from home, you’re absolutely welcome to do it from home!

We have a programming team to cater to any systems you would like to implement, with approval.

You will need to fill out paperwork provided by the sales team, track sales, and be able to work with a team for multiple products.

Must be a capable organizer and able to stay on task.

Travel within the state, or possibly to Mississippi if needed, such as picking up checks, dropping off mail, any errands needed for the sales team.

Primarily helping one salesperson, but may be called in to multi task.

COMPANY CAR available for errands or trips (need clear driver’s license)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
