Danone Hiring for Cash Controller Job at Auckland , New Zealand Full Time

Thanks to a recent promotion, Danone NZ is looking for a Cash Controller! You will be accountable for cash control, foreign currency hedging, and intercompany recharge flows for our New Zealand business. You will support driving continuous improvement in cash position and working capital items to meet case forecast and landing commitments for our business.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Mon-Fri, based at our production facility in Airport Oaks.

You will:

• Prepare cash flow, working capital monthly forecast and annual budget
• Manage actual cash performance against forecast and ensure cashflows are realised
• Manage foreign currency exposures in line with Group hedging policy
• Work together with key stakeholders to improve working capital & inventory position
• Work closely with Intercompany Accountant to ensure all planned monthly intercompany cash flows are realised

About you

You must have a tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance. You enjoy taking initiative and full accountability for your work.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in Accounting, exposure to an international company and/or manufacturing industry is highly desirable
• Intermediate/Advanced level in MS Excel, SAP experience is a plus
• A structured work approach with strong planning skill
• Strong work ethics and initiative to take ownership of your areas of responsibility
• Ability to work well under pressure and be a team player
